🧭 Which massage should I choose for my needs?

What is the best massage for back knots in Fuengirola?

We recommend the Sports Massage with deep-tissue techniques and trigger-point work (60 min). For moderate tension the Swedish also works very well.

Which massage do you recommend for relaxing after a day at work in Fuengirola?

The Harmony Relaxing massage (60–90 min) with long strokes, a gentle rhythm and personalised aromatherapy. It is our most versatile option for switching off.

Yes, at our centre in Fuengirola. The Swedish and the Sports massage work on deep layers with firm pressure; we adjust to your tolerance and focus on your back, neck and shoulders.

Usually 60 minutes (also 40 or 90). Full body with an emphasis on the back, neck and legs, with vegetable oils and aromatherapy. Details on the Relaxing massage page.

For muscle soreness, a gentle Sports massage or a Relaxing massage focused on the muscles 24–48 hours after exercise. If there are very tight spots, moderate pressure with deep techniques.

We suggest a head and neck massage working on the trapezius and suboccipital muscles. It can ease tension, but it is no substitute for medical care if your migraines are recurrent.

The Harmony Relaxing massage or Hot Stones (60–90 min), focusing on the neck and back with guided breathing. They create a deep calm that is very hard to achieve with other techniques.

What should I avoid before and after a massage in Fuengirola (food, exercise, showering)?

Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before, stay well hydrated and do not do intense exercise straight afterwards. We recommend a lukewarm shower and gentle stretches the next day. Arrive exactly on time for your appointment: arriving early or late can disrupt other clients’ treatments in progress.
