Thai Massage is an ancient experience that combines acupressure, assisted stretches and energy work. At Harmony Sanctuary® Fuengirola we offer it in its warm-oil version, in our own dedicated room in the centre of Fuengirola.

Thai Massage works on the energy lines (sen) through rhythmic pressure with the palms, thumbs and forearms, combined with gentle assisted yoga-style stretches. Our oil version adds nourishment for the skin and deeper relaxation.

🌿 What the session is like at Harmony Sanctuary® Fuengirola
We welcome you at C. Dionisia Redondo 8, Local 2. The session combines pressure along the sen lines with assisted stretches that mobilise the joints and lengthen the muscles, all with a warm neutral vegetable oil.
It is an active massage: your body lets go while the therapist guides the movements. Warm lighting and carefully chosen music. Afterwards, herbal tea and rest.

Our version uses a warm neutral vegetable oil: more relaxing and nourishing for the skin than traditional dry Thai massage.

60 minutes for a complete session; 90 minutes for deeper, more unhurried work.
Is it suitable if I’m not very flexible?
Yes, the stretches adapt completely to your range. It is precisely ideal for gaining mobility.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive exactly on time for your appointment. When you arrive the room is already prepared and we start without any wait.
